30-day returns

You can return ENLIY AirPresso within 30 days of delivery.

How to return

1. Email us at enliy.shop@outlook.de with your order number before sending anything back.
2. We reply with return instructions.
3. Return the product in appropriate condition with everything that came with it.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Duo and Trio

To qualify for a change-of-mind refund, the complete Duo or Trio bundle must be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and review your return, an approved refund is issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, email us as soon as possible with your order details. We will review the case and provide return, replacement or resolution instructions.
